How to Use Clairol Hair Dye

Nice ‘n Easy is a famous Clairol hair dye available in the market. It is a never matte or flat type of hair color that comes with highlights. When used with Nice ‘n Easy Instant Shine Conditioner, your hair gets its radiant shine, along with built-in highlights.

If you are coloring your hair for the first time, or haven’t colored it for three months, the first thing you have to do is to pour the contents of the Color Bottle into the Color Activating Crème, while wearing gloves.

Then the Crème bottle’s cap has to be replaced and shaken until the color blends and mixture thickens. You then have to immediately open the tip of the Crème bottle, as if you store or reseal the color in closed containers, it can burst.

Next step involves parting your hair into small sections using the applicator nozzle, and then applying color first to the roots and then to the length of the hair. It is better to cover regions with most gray first, and if you are lightening your hair, start from the darkest regions.

At times, your Clairol hair dye color may look different from your desired color, don’t worry. However if any color gets to your skin, wipe it off immediately. Once you apply color, you have to leave it on for 25 to 45 minutes or more, depending on your hair color.

Then you have to rinse your hair till the water runs clear. Apply Instant Shine Conditioner and after two minutes, rinse with warm water. This conditioner has to be used once a week after shampooing to keep your hair smooth and shiny.
