Dark Hair Dye – Hope You Want To Keep That Color!
They say that blondes have the most fun, but sometimes, blondes get tired of everything that’s said about them. After all, there are only so many blonde jokes a person can hear before they begin contemplating a new hair color.
Many decide to go dark, really, really dark. Some grab the nearest bottle of dark hair dye and get to work, expecting that they can simply re-dye their hair at a later time if they decide to go blonde again.
However, there is one issue here: dark or black hair dye is much more permanent than other colors. In fact, even the non-permanent, wash out black hair dye tends to hang around for much longer. This means that even if you dye your hair black and then want to go back to your natural hair color, it may be all but impossible. You might end up bleaching your hair, in fact, to get the dark color out of it.
Another issue with dark hair is that your roots, especially if your natural color is very light, are going to show. This means you’ll either need to touch up your dye job on a regular basis or deal with two-toned hair. The good news, of course, is that as your hair grows, you can trim away the darker hair, and eventually, you’ll be blonde again…if you have the patience for that!
